We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of others. Our infrastructure partners (hosting providers) may process data solely to deliver our services, under strict confidentiality agreements.

All collected data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular audits, and encrypted database storage. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% impenetrable.

The Fluorine web dashboard uses cookies solely for session authentication via Discord OAuth2. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies are used. Cookies expire when you log out or close your browser session.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for bot functionality. When a server removes Fluorine, its configuration data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through our support server.
