• Server administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured in their server

We collect minimal data strictly necessary for bot functionality — including server IDs, user IDs, channel configurations, and moderation logs. This data is never sold or shared with third parties. You may request data deletion by contacting us through our support server.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the bot or its backend systems
• Using the bot to spam, harass, or harm other users or servers
• Circumventing any bot limitations, cooldowns, or access restrictions
• Using the bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempting to disrupt or overload the bot's infrastructure

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Fluorine for any user or server that violates these terms, without prior notice or liability. Decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

Fluorine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Fluorine after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
